On Arena the only way to get them right now is buy packs with gem bundles or buy the huge bundle of packs for actual $, or you get one right now for drafting the set. Keep in mind they are just special versions of regular cards though even though the name is different they count as the same card. Luminous Broodmoth = Mothra, Supersonic Queen.
