He is the person who believes that once you give sometging to him, it's his by right, he worked for it. Doesn't matter if people feel cheated because he went back on his word or didn't deliver, it's his money period. Having said that, the discord message itself is phrased like it could be Phil's, just it seems really convienent and there is nothing in there we didn't know already. I still am mote inclined to believe he did blew that money rather than not (and not just cacha games). But the opposite is that some "detractor" has spend tens of thousands of dollars to make Phil look bad.
