Let's pretend to jump into the shoes of a racist: I'm a racist and white. So I see black people being treated as people. Does it matter if my family made me hate black people? No. Does it matter if I saw a bunch of movies from the 1960s where black people are seen as less than white? No. Does it - No no it doesn't fucking matter. I just don't like black people. I hate them. And I know they're not equal to me. They're less than me. So something triggers it. Each time something triggers it. Maybe I saw an Obama speech? Maybe I saw some black guy comment on how pretty a white woman is. Maybe I even saw the opposite: a white woman saying a black man is cute. Maybe my dream girlfriend was dating a black guy, who knows? What I do know is that there's no big deal to the n-word. Seriously, think about it. I heard that one song by the one black rapper with the lyrics and he called the black people my n-word so it should be okay for me to say it. Because I heard a black person say it first.
