You always find some of them "accidentally" slipping up and saying it on tv or being recorded saying it in conversations where they think no one else is listening. So we know we cannot get ALL people to stop using it. So how about, the people who this word is directed to to demean and insult, rebrand and redefine that word so that it is no longer a symbol of hate to them, but one of endearment.
