Topic	Hearthstone Topic #3 - "Demon blood is thicker than... regular blood."
MrSmartGuy 04/12/20 2:23:12 AM #464:	I was two wins away from my first time ever getting to Legend with Highlander Priest and went through a bit of a slump. So I joined the dark side and started playing Galakrond Warlock. Well, I think the universe is punishing me for this decision because I just had possibly the most tilting loss I've ever suffered in Hearthstone in the mirror. It would've 100% gone on Trolden if I was a streamer. My final card in the deck was Galakrond. My second-to-last card in the deck was Kronxx, so if I played it, I'd just turn on fatigue. My third-to-last card in the deck was a Veiled Worshipper, aka something that would've been incredibly useful to get to those cards, but not at that point! So the turn I draw Kronxx, I decide to play Dragonqueen Alexstrasza and get Ysera Unleashed. OK awesome, that's potentially two more board reloads if I survive, but he has 3 minions with 8 attack on board, I'm at 17 health and have no taunt, and he hasn't played his Zephrys yet, so I'm probably just dead to Bloodlust. Sure enough, he plays it and then..... Blizzards me? So I'm stuck at 9 HP with a frozen board. Out pops three dragons from Ysera and then finally my Galakrond. Still no taunts, so I sadly have to Plague of Flames away my massive board, then Galakrond away and hit him in the face to bring him down to 10. He has already used Alex on himself earlier, and he only has one Nether Breath left, so even if he clears my board, I can just Kronxx and second weapon charge for lethal. One of the four demons I get is dormant (keep this in mind). On his turn, he responds with his own Plague of Flames, and spends too much mana to be able to Nether Breath, so he's stuck at 10 HP, ripe for the easy 10 damage I have left. My next turn starts and Kronxx isn't glowing. I can't play him. Oh, right, my dragons are coming in; I just have to wait for the animation to load, I guess. The first dragon pops up; it's a small one. Then comes a Zzeraku. Then another Zzeraku. That's kinda funny. Then a Deathwing. Then fatigue damages me. I now have a dormant demon, 4 dragons from Ysera, and suddenly two 6/6's from Zzeraku fatigue. I can't play my Kronxx because I have no fucking room on the board. I smack him in the face anyway to put him to 5 for next turn. He Twisting Nethers everything and Nether Breaths my face. I can't kill him with Kronxx anymore and I'm fatiguing faster because I put a bunch of Albatrosses in his deck, and I end up losing and I have a useless 5/4 that draws me at least 9 damage in fatigue if I play it. He deals with the Kronxx stuff and I have to concede to this guy who just gave up the most obvious Zephrys lethal there's ever been at Rank 2. I need to take a break from this game.
