You don't have to touch squat, and no, the mask won't even stop you from getting it in that case, but....it will prevent YOU from spreading it as easily (your breathe doesn't travel as far etc). Video below is what I'm basing my post off of. He states that you cant catch it through airborne paths (or its extremely difficult for that to happen). Long video, but the first 30 minutes have great advice on how to prevent the spread of the virus.
