part of that is, idk about yall but we have been eating generally better/healthier in quarantineno eating out, more veggies (frozen and canned at this point), not snacking as much. Oh and no going out drinking so at most Ill have a beer or two at home

weight loss was not my ultimate goal, I more want to get toned or whatever, but its still satisfying. And I forgot to take a specific before pic, but even just comparing my face from December/January to now you can tell

Hey man congrats. That's a little more than me and I've been trying to lose weight plus I'm fatter than you lol. I'm down about 17 lbs from when I started in early/mid-ish December but only like 12 lbs down since Jan 1.

I've definitely been eating healthier but we still have plenty of alcohol
