I have monthly pics and spreadsheets with my weight, distance, lifts. But like I said it's obvious from looking at the scatterplot that I didn't do much for about a month --- But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. ...
