The trustee for example, can sell the WAcondo to eliminate a huge portion of the debt, and use any profits (the condo has apreciated in value since Phil bought it) to pay off other debts, i.e. the credit cards. And if I am not mistaken, they could also force him into a payment plan since he has more than enough income to pay it off. I am not 100% of either of these since my limited knowledge of US law, so please correct me if I am wrong. If this again is true, then that proves once again that no one does more damaga than Phil himself. Expect an amazingly nervous and salty Phil on stream.
