How often are y'all doing pushups? I'd recommend 2 days of resting those muscles before doing any upper-body pushing exercises again.

I do the same accessory work every workout, so 3x a week. 50 each of pushups (now skullcrushers), curls, and leg raises (used to do decline crunches but that was hurting my back)

I do them in a circuit, I do a set basically until failure then switch over and do the next exercise and repeat.
