Yeah, state-level regulations should keep this from having too much impact, and if a democrat wins the election, you can guarantee those rules will be back in place within the hour. If Trump gets re-elected, it might become more of an issue because the rules likely won't be reinstated, but state regulations will still pressure the market into some degree of compliance.
