As for the people, there are less people, but I guess many still go out to work. And on base, people were still out for walks/jogs, and bike riding. And stuff like that. Well, they were. Something recently happened on base. But I was still sleep when reading. So I have to check.. But in my hometown, I heard they adding curfew. And breaking it could result in a $2,500 fine, or a year in jail. So, what stage is the curfew at in your current state or city or whatever?
