You should be reporting this to a guidance counselor, school resource officer, vice principal, or principal even depending on who you feel is most relevant. Actually, I had specialized training with my district since I manage our schools social media stuff. So I kinda am in charge of doing this stuff. This is the first time I have encountered a roadblock (understandable, since its related to COVID-19). Youre right though in that I should probably contact our district representative for social media and see what they have to say. I will note that in the reddit post I covered the name of the page.
