Edit: Also unless theres data Ive missed Europe would A) be more than 15% now as it was growing over time and B) the decline was less than 15%! Europe was up to 17.89% in the last continent poll, but that was from 2013. We haven't had another continent poll since 2013, so we don't even know what Europe is currently at right now.
