I don't believe I ever said everything was going to be better in 2 weeks just that in some places you'd see the numbers dropping and some things could start opening. A lot of it depends on how serious the citizens get about it and how badly the place is hit in the first place. I wouldn't be surprised if in a week British Columbia is already recovering based on their numbers as they appear to be the model of recovery for Canada.
