| wolfy42 03/29/20 1:14:00 PM #2: | Hot shower, take ibuprophen first if you have some (hopefully 800 mgs), then a warm compress/towel on your neck afterwards, should help a ton. I used to have ryse neck (think thats the name) so bad it would make my neck crooked (slanted to the side) but luckily that stopped by my 30's or so...but it used to really suck. Hot tub can work as well, but a hot shower can usually pound right on that spot with hot water (so tte pressure is good as well), and that can help quickly. --- Agatha "Your naked and they are nuns, it's not your eyes they're not looking at."
