Quit. There are a number of different variations, but "you", "y'all", "them", "they" & "their" are all gender-neutral by definition, and can be singular or plural. Then "ze", "sie", "xe" are all neutral equivalents of "he" or "she", with "zir", "hir" or "xer" as equivalents to "his" or "her". Those are the most common neutrals in use.
