wolfy42 03/28/20 5:10:43 PM #8:	I worked in the Bay Area in landlord Tenant and yeah again, you can't start the eviction process until after giving notice, so you should be good as long as you giie notice now for next month (they could in theory sttll give 30 days notice for next month and then start the eviction process when the hold was removed.
