AAA stuff, sure, but pretty much anything indie runs just fine, and outside of stuff that works better with M+KB I actually find I prefer the Switch because of the portability. I might buy a big boy game in a few months when I have more time While it's above your current budget, RF4 is definitely not more expensive than it's worth. I put well over 200 hours into that game on the 3DS, and it is hands down the best example of its genre I've ever played and possibly my favourite 3DS game full stop.
