You still are technically old. You're just a very active, but still old person... You can be old, but feel young at the same time. or be old and active at the same time... I get what you're trying to say. My point was that even though you're legally whatever age, it doesn't mean you're gonna fall apart at a specific date, ya know? Sure there are a few things you'll have to be careful of but more and more are seeing 90's and beyond.
