Just subtly lie about, or give nonspecific answers towards that were null. That exchange had no reason to exist for either of you. It's better to ask for other players about someone else you don't know and their past play, because that also opens up the ability to find inconsistencies in the responses you get. Asking the person themselves lets them dictate the information they feed to you. It's an inefficient, if not ineffective, technique. That seems like a very anti-town approach to the question. They could lie of course but if theyre town they have no reason too. Quite the opposite in fact. I actually think Aecioo looks pretty bad for the way he answered fwiw. He was really non-commital in his answers and basically just said oh you can just go read it and had no memory of any strong town plays. It struck me as deliberately trying to not give too much away.
