So it's bad, but it's not like military state yet. All of the citys more than 1,800 intensive-care beds are expected to be full by Friday, according to an official briefing obtained by The Times. A 1,000-bed hospital ship is not scheduled to arrive until mid-April, but makeshift facilities at the Jacob K.
