He was charged with making terroristic threats in the 3rd degree and other charges after he got into a beef with an employee at Wegman's supermarket after they asked him to back his ass up from prepared foods as she covered them. Instead, he leaned on her and purposely coughed in her face and LAUGHED before stating "I have COVID-19" Then he approached other employees and told them they were lucky to have jobs when he was FIRED and starting coughing on them too!! Police arrived and he initially refused to identify himself but he denied the accusations claiming he didn't intentionally cough on anyone and never mentioned corona NJ Governor, Phil Murphy referred ot the charges as "knuckleheads out there" and that police were taking action against egregious behaviour while they are on lockdown.
