And see, this is exactly what I was saying about the Mets projected wins this year. They got SUPER LUCKY last year with injuries. Like almost no one was hurt. The base team is worse without Wheeler, or the same at best if Diaz and Familia are magically good again and Betances is his old pre-injury self..... but injury regression to the mean says they are going to suffer more injuries and here it is. It was blatant this team , as always, did not do enough to protect itself from injury depth.
