She's limited and coming shortly after a lot of people emptied their stashes for Ultimate Madoka, so that's not good. Thankfully, it looks like her fairly low ATK stat (for an Attack type meguca at least) is going to keep her from being too OP despite being the first magical girl in the whole game to have four of one kind of disk in her arsenal.
