Cuphead isn't actually that bad in terms of difficulty if you don't try to beat it on expert difficulty (which has no additional content, just harder fights) In terms of enjoyment, Celeste > Ori > Hollow Knight > Cave Story. I've beaten all of them aside from Cave Story.
