Estimates say this disruption could last as long as a year and a half. They're going to have to figure out something before this country starts looking like 1789 France. Our modern society is 9 meals away from savagery at any given time. Look at what started happening in NYC after Sandy. Now extrapolate that to Sandy having happened everywhere there's pavement and indoor plumbing.
