I want to say "people will learn to mind their fucking manners and help each other out", but I already know that's not gonna be the case. Busloads of people from Sydney and Canberra have been coming to my podunk location to pick our stores clean of supplies, despite the sheer amount of stores available to them. My friend works in a chemist, I'm worried about him - not because of the virus, because I feel like his place of work is going to get annihilated by everyone losing their minds. Right now, my guess is that things will suck for about two months. Then we'll get that "resilient people standing strong and helping each other out" influx, which will hopefully inspire people to be better.
