Probably the strongest arena card they've ever printed, other than maybe some legendary that you'd rarely see (Tarim?). It was still playable at 7 and might be among the top cards at 6. I guess we'll see when it rotates back in. Not that arena factored into their decision making at all, I'm sure. It's been so mismanaged and neglected that it's basically a dead format. In supported format news, it looks like the buff to Millhouse in Battlegrounds put it into tier 1 (at least according to the HSReplay beta stats of top 20% players).
