There are some pretty impressive parts in there for a piano player to be able to pull off, too, at least in my opinion! I had this playing in the background while trying to get my puppy to take her flea and heartworm medicine, which is always a struggle, so it was nice to have something to spur me on! Dont know if the video title is the official song name Oh hey, I really like this! They nail my favorite part of the song, too. I always kinda worry about how remixes of beloved songs in the FF series go when they make them because they can be hit or miss since they'll always be compared to the original. I'm impressed at the sheer catalog of FFXIV battle themes! I definitely wouldn't consider it the best one I've heard so far, but it's not bad at all. Hbthebattle posted... Final Fantasy Record Keeper - Battle Theme Medley Oh man, this song just feeds on my nostalgia. It's way too long for me to listen over and over again on a regular basis, but every once in a while, I wouldn't mind busting it out just to hit that sweet spot of nostalgia. NFUN posted... BD - Serpent Eating the Horizon This actually reminds me of a boss theme from Trails of Cold Steel called "Exceed" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L2OBpsUK5PU). I almost thought I was listening to it for a second there! I think this one is a little too busy for me. I do like high energy boss themes, but you can get a little too frenetic for me and I think it's just a bit too much. Anagram posted... Tifa's Theme Oh, this is the Advent Children version, which is mostly just a piano adaptation. I'm honestly not a fan of Tifa's regular theme, but this one's all right. I enjoy a good piano song, as I said before. Current ratings: 10 Im the best!
