So how do people feel about this? Thats 2-3 unique games per nominator on average, idk if thats good or bad or what.

I'd say it's good for 2 reasons:

1._People mostly agree on which were the best games of the decade.
2._There's a margin that everyone has for added variety (their unique noms). It means people played a good amount of games this decade. That "2-3" margin could be higher in reality considering how many people probably sacrificed a unique game in favor of Super Meat Boy.
