The west embracing feminism has effected the birth rate, and the children born late in life have shit tons of health issues.

Women in the south wanting children at 25 are being intelligent, they know to have their children at a young age so those babies will be healthy.

There's nothing wrong with having kids while that young if the parents want them and are ready. The problem is that many have kids when they aren't because they see it as some kind of obligation. When a young couple gets married down here, their families are going to be bugging them with the question "So when are y'all having kids? When can we expect kids/grandchildren?" etc.
