It's seen as part of what you're supposed to do. You're supposed to go to school, grow up, get a job, meet a nice gal/guy, then settle down and have multiple kids, 2 cars, and an RV or boat or something. The south is still stuck believing in the typical American dream and nuclear family without recognizing how different everything is now. Throw religion and conservative politics in the mix and it gets worse.

And like what has already been said, at least you're meeting chicks that don't have kids already.

The alternative is lots of educated women who not only wait or refuse to have children but waste shit loads of money on freezing eggs and fertility treatments when they are to old to have healthy children.

The west embracing feminism has effected the birth rate, and the children born late in life have shit tons of health issues.

Women in the south wanting children at 25 are being intelligent, they know to have their children at a young age so those babies will be healthy.
