KamikazePotato 02/28/20 8:59:43 PM #7: | Division 1, Round 1, Match 3 (5) Final Fantasy XV (12) What Remains of Edith Finch https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/poll/6574-best-of-2016-game-of-the-year https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/poll/6948-best-of-2017-pc I think FF15 is going to kind of suck but it's still going to wreck Edith Finch, which is probably the weakest indie game in the bracket and potentially THE weakest game in the bracket. Fun fact: Edith Finch has been in six polls and gotten last place in four of them. Expected Result FF15 > Edith Finch 80 - 20 -- Division 1, Round 1, Match 4 (4) Hollow Knight (13) Tales of Berseria https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/poll/6951-best-of-2017-indies https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/poll/7463-best-of-2018-switch https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/poll/6581-which-scheduled-first-quarter-game-are-you-most-looking Hollow Knight getting a 4 seed is kind of wacky. It's probably above-average in indie game strength but I don't think that's saying much. Berseria could win simply because it's a JRPG on GameFAQs, and Velvet did well enough in the last character battle, but I don't trust Tales games outside of Symphonia, and in the battle of 'which game do I respect more despite having played neither' (which is where most voters will fall), Hollow Knight wins. This is another 1 point match (neither of these beats FF15) so I wouldn't agonize too much over it. Expected Result Hollow Knight > Tales of Berseria 55 - 45 --- Black Turtle did a pretty good job. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
