Again for areas with rents of $900+ for one bedrooms (which means major cities etc). If you can't live on $2000 a month, your not trying. I live on $1000, and I'm spending more then I have to (still a good deal). Last place I lived was $200 less a month. I could have lived on $800 or less a month there.
