The fact that the monster you special summon with it has its effect negated might not even matter because it can likely still be used for other kinds of bullshit like rank-up magics. Also, for clarification because you never specified: 1) Does this special summon count as the monster being properly Fusion/Synchro/Xyz summoned? 2) Do the fish-type material monsters still have to match the correct levels for Synchro/Xyz summons? 3) Can fish-type token monsters be used to activate this?
