It's not weird...IF it was actually acomplishing anything AND it was private, I wouldn't really have a problem with it. But it's having no effect at all, and it's putting out private information for everyone to see. Meanwhile it's also causing people to have to declare for a party, even if they are somewhere inbetween them. Third party/moderate etc should be an option (And was considered but rejected). You should be able to vote undeclared and still just vote once.
