I don't think this is true either. Literally only two small states have voted. One could imagine, for example, Biden getting a strong 2nd in NV and a convincing win in SC, leading to Klobuchar dropping out. Combined with a Bloomberg half-collapse, Biden would likely be viable in this scenario.
