| Topic | So apparently Sonic the Hedgehog is one of the better video game movies. |

It kind of lit my heart up with joy since Sonic was my favorite thing as a kid. That said, the moving was pretty outstanding and I felt like they managed to make it fun and seemed to really care about the series. It's amazing to me that with so much care put into every aspect of this movie that we ended up with the awful original design in the first place, likely because some idiot exec wanted forced him to look more like a human-hedgehog freakshow. You could tell they played it safe with things, but I think with the next movie they're willing to get really weird with it due to the two credits scenes.
