Like from that picture, the Infinite Stratos girls are really good. They have really good movement and can fly, so they're not affected by floor spaces. Also Aria has a stupidly high dodge rate and does really good damage for a tiny chick lol The 3 girls from Symphogear don't have anything that really stands out though, aside from Yukine having above average attack range. Although IIRC that was sort of nullified because her movement was sub par.
