| KCF0107 02/13/20 6:26:59 PM #93: | RFA Phase 3 All users whose RFAs they gave tenders in Phase 1 and signed contracts with other teams in Phase 2 were notified via PM the player or players signed by other teams, the contracts they signed for, and the compensation they will receive if they elect not to match the contract offer. All users can do is inform me if they will match or not match the contract. The deadline to make a decision will be on Sunday, February 16th at 8 PM ET. Should you idle during this phase, you will default to not matching the contract.
