Both shows features magical items that must be kept by an ancient group. WH13 just trends more toward History, while Librarians (as their name suggests) trends more toward literature. (Though both have H.G. Wells time machines)Yeah they basically brought him in to sell the show and for big events since he was the star of the original movies. I know fans of those were disappointed he wasnt a full time member of the cast. And that's a really good comparison of the two shows.
