The Texas wrestling thing was a trans boy forced to wrestle girls, it was because of the outcome of a policy like this lawsuit seeks, making a trans boy go against people based on his assigned birth gender. Unlike this where a trans girl won a race, not even districts or state, that was a trans boy sweeping every match up through state.

This is a bad post that deserves to be pointed out.

The girls in the lawsuit failing to make the podium with or without the trans athletes in competition is irrelevant.

Also, by trans boy are you referring to a FtM? Because I doubt a female born person who transitioned to male swept every match through state. I assume you meant to refer to a MtF trans person.

I'm going to maintain my point that I've never seen a person with any real long standing interest or understanding of athletics argue that MtF should be considered part of a level playing field among cis females.

The reality is that men are bigger, stronger, and faster. Women just can't compete with men physically. We have separated gender divisions in athletics for a very good reason.
