Again you dont need to type of a document to plan and say, "lets interrogate these people in the future".We are talking about targeting key players, and yes, there would be paperwork outlining your targets and how you plan to go after them. This is how these large investigations work. I'm asking you if you can provide literally any corroborative proof that Hunter was a target of an investigation. Because if there was any proof corroborative at all it would shut everyone else up, right?
