Topic	How often to you burn what you're trying to cook?

The most recent time I can remember is burning a caramel 2-3 years ago, and I'm not even sure that counts because caramels are so much more merciless than just about anything else one can cook. Cooking things a bit further than I'd like or having some burnt bits stuck to the bottom of the pot/pan? Happens occasionally. That's just how cooking goes, especially working in a small kitchen where attempting to multitask often results in small delays and distractions as I shuffle things around to make room to work. --- This is my signature.
