i like how most of my recommendations are either things without translations (sakura no uta, muramasa), with only partial translations that i've already read (aiyoku no eustia), with horrible translations (white album 2: closing chapter), or things i'm putting off because i saw the anime a decade ago (higurashi, ef)
it's a good reminder i need to get off my ass and finish dies irae, subahibi, and steins;gate i guess
also it's hilarious how rating kana 1/10 has made the algorithm think i hate tropes i fucking LOVE (mostly terminal illness)
It seems recommendations are usually crap on any site. I've gotten plenty of stuff I already own recommended on Steam for example.

mal tends to recommend me sports anime, since the ones I've watched I've mostly liked, but I'm not really a huge sports fan lol.
Gonna watch Araburu Kisetsu no Otome domo yo next. I've seen the first ep, but I don't really remember it, so I'm going to rewatch the first ep in like 1.5x speed to get a refresher.
