Right, he just randomly decided to defend China by pointing out one city in the US doesn't have safe drinking water when the entire country of China doesn't have it. He literally knows nothing about China but feels compelled to defend it because their government claims to be communist. If you put some fascists in red clothing he just can't help himself, reality be damned. China manages to have worse income inequality than the US and he doesn't care at all because it's a fashion statement to him, not an actual ideal.
