I gave this track a 5/5/5/5. That's a full 20. This is legitimately one of my favorite VGM of all time. It makes me feel things, even if I haven't played the game in question. That's powerful. Snowva got to the rankings - and got Rank 1! He dropped off at Tier 1 - The City's Skylines!
