Phil Connors (Groundhog Day)
Likely my favorite Bill Murray character of all time, the development of Phil Connors from a disaffected white guy who cares about nothing to a disaffected white guy who cares about... a few things is one of the more captivating stories from 90s cinema.

Dr. Zoidberg (Futurama)
Futurama sucks. So much so, in fact, that I have zero interest in explaining why because it irks me to even think about it.

Elastigirl (The Incredibles)
Elastigirl isn't even the best superhero named who has a name that starts with "elasti" and ends with "girl".

Stilt-Man
I desire nothing more than to rate the D-Lister villains from Marvel Comics, but the problem with most D-List villains is that I will likely rate them highly for capturing that wonderful Silver Age sensibility in design but dock them points for having very little personality or development. Luckily, Stilt-Man has resonated with a few creators over the years. The downside, of course, is that he's primarily played only for laughs. Still, Daredevil is one of the most intensely serious franchises in Marvel's catalog, so a bit of levity can go a long way with the Man without Fear.
