According to the Naples Daily News, a teenage girl told Naples Police that she was sleeping on the beach on Monday when she awoke to 50-year-old Matthew Brabyn, kissing and touching the outer cloth of her bathing suit on her butt. Authorities caught up with Brabyn, who told them that he didnt mean to fall on the teenager, but he tripped over some umbrellas, according to the Naples Daily News.
